Yes, we are always accepting new clients. We recommend bringing previous veterinary records if you have them or can access them.
Yes, we only schedule surgery, boarding and grooming.
Our wait time is constantly changing and hard to predict. You are welcome to call and we'll give you our best ESTIMATE. We never know how long each room will take.
No, as a walk-in only clinic, we work on a first-come-first-serve basis.
We stop taking patients at 4:30pm during the week and 11am on Saturday (sometimes earlier depending on how busy we are). You can still pick up medicine or pickup/drop off pets for boarding after these times.
We do not recommend leaving once you're checked in. If your pet's name is called and you are not here, you will be moved to the back of the line.
We do not work direclty with pet insurance providers, but can provide you with records to send to your provider for reimbursemnt.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer payment plans. However, we do accept Care Credit and are happy to try and work with your budget.
